Una Barac

Una Barac is the Founder and Executive Director of Atellior, an architecture and interior studio specialising in the hospitality and luxury residential sectors. 

Una began her career at Foster + Partners where she worked for seven years. From there, she joined Scott Brownrigg, heading up the Hospitality Sector and leading the London and Croatian teams in the design and delivery of a number of high-profile projects. These included Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera, Karisma Adriatic Beach Resort, Park Plaza Nuremberg and Art’otel Mitte, Berlin. 

After fourteen years with Scott Brownrigg, Una decided it was time to establish her own practice and in 2017 she founded Atellior with studios in London and Zagreb. Since then, the teams have completed a range of hotel projects in the UK and Europe for Marriott, IHG and Park Plaza, as well as independent resorts and urban hotels. Atellior’s current work is diverse, from a refurbishment of Hilton Brighton Metropole and Le Meridien Split to the conversion of a Victorian school in Edinburgh into a boutique hotel and the design of a collection of serviced apartments in Chelsea. Una has also recently led the design of several penthouses in London’s new residential towers and wharf developments.
