But it is our lighting brands that have really come into their own over the last century. This area of the globe has been blessed with a plethora of lighting manufacturers and designers who are delivering fresh designs each year.

Cameron Design House | Halti Light Collection

1.       Cameron Design House

Cameron Design House is an award-winning British bespoke sculptural lighting company based in London. Over the years they have become synonymous with unique, contemporary design and refined craftsmanship.

The Halti Light collection from Cameron Design House combines individually handblown glass spheres that are held in place with brass fixtures. The overall effect is that of a string of pearls that fall gracefully from the ceiling. This chandelier is a sculptural lighting piece with plenty of contemporary flair – making any interior feel immediately more elegant.

Haberdashery is an award-winning London based design studio focused on the perpetual appeal of light, they deliver bespoke sculptures and contemporary collections.  

One of our favourites is Haberdashery’s Sand and Sea Collection, which contains delicately suspended clear crystal and moongold ripples arranged to create bespoke sculptural installations. The materials they use manage to replicate these symbiotic landscapes and form a dazzling centrepiece to any room. This particular collection can be modified depending on its purpose, the experts at Haberdashery are always willing to help their clients’ vision become reality. 

3.       John Cullen Lighting Ltd

John Cullen Lighting’s core philosophy revolved around the belief that lighting can enhance the enjoyment of a space dramatically. Their designs are award-winning and much loved amongst designers.

The Penne IP Rated Bathroom Light is a ceiling mounted ribbed bathroom light pendant ideal for either side of a mirror in a bathroom, with frosted glass that produced a softer lighting effect. Don’t let the simple design fool you, it’s the details and quality of the materials used within it that make this item so special. 

4.       Kansa Lighting

Over the last 38 years Kansa has become a leading designer of decorative lighting and glass panels, whilst manufacturing other interior items such as stained glass.

The Jackson Prismatic Globe Pendant comes in both copper and black finished, each one as sleek and contemporary as the other. Clear glass globes emulate a pleasing light across the room where this piece is fitted.

Founded by Steve and Jenny Hughes, ARCFORM was launched from a passion to create modern British lighting and sculptured designs that make an impact.
