Accessibility at Decorex

We use hearing loops in our seminar theatre and provide live captioning subtitles for those hard of hearing.

We provide a neuro-inclusion and mental well-being-focused space for those who feel overwhelmed or overloaded by the sensory input from the busy show environment. More details here: https://eventwell.org/hub-by-eventwell/

We urge exhibitors to install ramps for visitors to access their stands if they are building platforms.

Where carpet is used, it’s a low resistance and low pile for easy accessibility around the show.

The event is on the ground floor so all Decorex features are fully accessible by wheelchair.

Seating areas will be available throughout the show floor.

Support animals are allowed.

Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.

If you need a space for your car we require you to pre-book online as parking spaces are limited. Olympia Events' parking tariff is applicable to all visitors.

There are wide bays for Blue Badge holders in Olympia Events' Motorail car park. Please note that the wide bays are allocated on a first come first, served basis.

Olympia Grand is on Olympia Way, and just a short distance from the station and car park. 

Olympia Grand has a ramp with a gentle incline at the entrance.

Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia Events, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by submitting an enquiry using our contact us page. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

See the venue floor plans for the location of cloakrooms and accessible toilets. All separate, accessible toilet facilities are unisex. There are also modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets.

All of our catering outlets are at ground floor level. Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance.

Qualified first aid staff are available at all events.
