Sharon Marston designs sculptural light for Hollywood film

Decorex exhibitor Sharon Marston was able to view its work on the big screen earlier this year: the gigantic Laelia chandelier the company was commissoned to create for blockbuster film Mirror, Mirror, provided a dazzling backdrop on set.

In the film, the three-metre tall Laelia light sparkles elegantly over Julia Roberts throne in the Queen's Palace. It features more than 6,000 pieces of hand-blown glass leaves, which were delicately assembled on site, a process which took several days.

Sharon Marston specialises in the design and creation of bespoke sculptural light installations. Visit the website to see more of its projects.
