The mother and daughter duo behind contemporary fabric and wallpaper company MissPrint describes its design ethos as ‘contemporary and timeless’. And their latest wallpaper range, Mountains, certainly lives up to this, with its bold graphic depiction of Britain’s snow-capped peaks, creating a truly striking, playful print – once seen, never forgotten.
Taking inspiration from nature, with Scandinavian and mid-century design also a noteable influence, all of MissPrint’s designs are developed from hand-drawn illustrations. The wallpaper is printed in England and uses paper derived from sustainable forests, as well as organic non-toxic inks that are free of heavy metals and classed as non-carcinogenic.
The Mountains wallpaper is available in five colourways: Sunrise, Blue Moon, Red Sun, Dusk and Midnight, and retails at £59.95 per 10m roll. MissPrint plans to launch its new wallpaper collection at Decorex 2012.
