Bloggers' Highlights, live from the show: Stacey Sheppard

Italian lighting company Terzani has been on my radar for some time now as it is constantly producing exquisite sculptural pieces that are the height of luxury and elegance. Of all the lighting companies that were exhibiting at this year’s show, Terzani was the one that really caught my eye.

I was really impressed to see the quality of the work that was exhibited by Crafted. The eight participants of the mentorship programme run by Walpole presented some really beautiful work from lighting, glassware and textiles to silverware, bone china and furniture. My favourite was the wooden furniture collection by designer Angus Ross, who bends, moulds, sculpts and folds wood in his Perthshire studio-workshop to create wonderfully crafted pieces.

Anyone who reads my blog will know that I have an ongoing love affair with wallpaper so I was very excited to see that Missprint was one of the exhibitors at the show. Run by a mother and daughter team, Missprint produces beautifully designed, contemporary wallcoverings, fabrics and interior accessories all originating from hand-drawn illustrations. The new collection features some great new patterns in a variety of colours and I had a hard time pulling myself away from this stand.
