Founded in 1903, Gainsborough Fine Weavers & Dye House embodies over a century of British craftsmanship. Awarded the Royal Warrant in 1981, they design, hand-dye and weave collections and bespoke fabrics for interior designers, private homes, palaces, public spaces, yachts and automobiles around the world.
Since 1924, the entire production process from design to dyeing, winding and warping the yarns and weaving the finished fabrics has taken place on the same site in Suffolk. This in-house control ensures peerless quality allowing Gainsborough to support craftspeople and bring their creative visions to life.

A desire to express the magic of light through design lies at the heart of Gestalt, uniting contrasting materials into singular expressions of function, beauty and light. Renowned for his passion for traditional British craft, Christopher Jenner’s creative direction for the brand is carefully considered, exploring the interconnection between materials and the innovation of craft to create outstanding lighting solutions.
Founded in 2018, Gestalt delivers premium lighting solutions to interior designers, commercial specifiers and design-conscious consumers. The first collection, Aquiline is crafted in tubular brass, precision cut crystal and ceramic and is available in brushed and polished finishes.
Giles Miller is fascinated by the relationship between light and material, and his London-based studio specialises in the development of truly innovative surface, sculptural and architectural works.
The studio’s work is an experimental evolution that focuses on light, reflection, texture and the manipulation of these elements to create conceptually subtle yet beautifully functional artworks. The scope and scale of its output ranges from the design of individual mosaic tiles to artworks the size of buildings.
Giles Miller Studio has created acclaimed and award-winning work for some of the world’s most prestigious brand-names across a variety of industries. All projects are designed in-house with the vast majority being completed by hand in a practice that marries technically innovative design with a hand-crafted process of making.

We have so many things nowadays that it’s rare an object can make you feel something. Our products don’t aim to create a dream from nothing, but rather to awake that dream, that experience, that memory, that joy that already lives somewhere within you: That’s our Supernatural Daydream.

Glithero are British designer Tim Simpson and Dutch designer Sarah van Gameren, who met and studied at the Royal College of Art. From their studio in London they create product, furniture, and time-based installations that give birth to unique and wonderful products. The work is presented in a broad spectrum of media, but follows a consistent conceptual path; to capture and present the beauty in the moment things are made.
From machines that miraculously create wax chandeliers from strung wick, a pouring slide that becomes a 10 metre long poly-concrete table, to ceramics that turn vivid blue with UV light, the key ingredients of their work are time and transformation. With their own concoction of creation-performance they aim to bridge creative disciplines and make works that can be understood by all.
Whether motivation is driven by profit, purpose, regulatory compliance or increased consumer awareness, designers, retailers and manufacturers are taking action to understand and address their overseas supply chains and prevent child and forced labour. Working with the private sector to bring transparency and accountability within all parts of their supply chain is at the heart of GoodWeave’s proven rug labelling system. It operates from the factory floor level down into the informal and hidden levels of home-working and sub-contractors, where the worst abuses occur, and is expanding into other products, including home textiles.
Over the last 25 years, GoodWeave has pioneered an innovative, holistic system that brings visibility and gives voice to the most marginalised in the informal work sector; it likewise assures consumers that products that carry the GoodWeave label are child-labour free and restores childhood to rescued children.
