Sante Cantori started the company in this fertile ground in 1976, in Camerano, a small town close to Conero. He began by using the skills of the local craftsmen to create brass beds on order for his first customers, combining comfort and beauty.
As time passed, Cantori widened its horizons and worked towards the creation of an entire collection dedicated to the bedroom. Production extended and evolved year by year and now includes all the rooms of a home, harmoniously combining different materials and processes.
The company currently manufactures large collections of furniture and accessories, such as beds with fabric upholstery, tables in various sizes, chairs and trolleys, bedside lamps, mirrors, wardrobes and tables, vases and household articles.

In our 140 year history we have had the privilege of dressing furniture at London’s Ritz and Waldorf hotels, the White House in Washington, Parliament House in Buenos Aires and
ships of the Cunard and White Star Line.

Established in 1875 George Crofts and Fredrick Assinder commenced trading as brass founders at the heart of British industry in Birmingham England. To this day, Crofts & Assinder has stood the test of time and still remains in the same hands of
