Entry Requirements

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring that everybody attending Decorex, be it visiting, exhibiting, speaking or sponsoring, feels safe and confident, and in line with the Informa AllSecure standards, we are introducing a series of measures and guidance for all attendees.

Before You Arrive

Register for Decorex

All attendees must register for Decorex prior to arriving at Olympia London. There will be no onsite registration available.

Visitors can register here whilst exhibitors & contractors can register through the Exhibitor Technical Manual.

All digital badges will be emailed to individuals the week before Decorex.

Organise proof of Covid-19 status

In line with other large UK venues and the Informa AllSecure standards, proof of Covid-19 status will be required before entering Olympia London for Decorex 2021. The following methods of proof of status will be accepted:

  • NHS Covid Pass via the NHS App or NHS Letter showing full vaccination. It is advised to download the NHS App 48 hours before attending Decorex to allow for verification to be processed in time; a short video on downloading the NHS App can be found here. NHS Letters can be requested via the NHS website here or by phoning 119.
  • For international attendees, the equivalent of the NHS Covid Pass will be accepted e.g. the EU Digital/Paper Covid Certificate
  • A negative PCR or lateral flow test result via email or text, received within 48 hours of attending Decorex
  • A positive PCR test result, showing proof of antibodies, lasting 180 days from the positive test result and after a period of self-isolation has been completed

We recognise that there may be individuals that are medically exempt from the above and kindly ask that they inform a member of staff upon arrival.

We will continue to monitor updates from the UK government and confirm any changes to the entry requirements and arrival process accordingly.

Do you have any symptoms?

If you are displaying any symptoms listed on the NHS website here, have been asked to self-isolate or live with someone that is also experiencing symptoms then we kindly ask you to take personal accountability and not travel to Decorex.

Upon Arrival

Show your proof of Covid-19 Status

Upon arrival to Decorex, attendees will be asked to show proof of Covid-19 status before entering Olympia London to a member of the team. These checks will take place at the entrance to Grand Hall for Visitors and at B Gate for Exhibitors. Please bear with us should there be a short delay in entering the venue.

Scan your digital badge

There will be self-scanning points at all entrances for both visitors and exhibitors. Members of the Decorex team will be on-hand to help and to answer any queries you may have.

Face Coverings

We recommend that face coverings are worn inside the venue unless you are medically exempt.

During Decorex

Space to socially distance

We ask that all attendees are mindful to make use of the space available withing Decorex and be considerate to others. With widened aisles, multiple places to grab a drink and a bite to eat, as well as space outside the venue to get some fresh air, we want all attendees to feel as comfortable as possible.

Contactless interactions

With the introduction of digital badges for all, exhibitors are able to scan visitor digital badges via the lead app on their phone or the lead scanners (available from the Info Hub). We’re also encouraging everyone to pay by card in the catering outlets.

Enhanced cleaning

We’ve worked with Olympia London on ensuring additional focus to high frequency touch points including toilets, door handles and hand-rails. Alongside a newly installed ventilation system, the venue will be fully cleaned each night. We encourage all attendees to use the multiple hand-sanitiser points located throughout Decorex.
