Kaye’s personal experience with burnout led her to found Designers Mind in order to champion change in the industry and change mindsets about wellbeing, raising awareness that making time for our physical health is so important for our mental health. 
 
Kaye has launched her own health coaching business helping designers prevent burnout by developing practices that enhance their wellbeing, creating sustainable lifestyle changes so they thrive in all areas of their lives.
