2010 Visitor Profile

Decorex International attracted nearly 11,000 visitors to the Royal Hospital in Chelsea in September 2010, a considerable increase from the year before, demonstrating the continued support the industry has for this unmissable show. 

In its 33rd year, Decorex International 2010 proved to be a truly international affair, attracting visitors from all over the world. 15% of all attendees were international, a rise in numbers from previous years. Seminar speakers from across the globe also reflected the increasing international focus with design insights from Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Roger Thomas and Lloyd Princeton. One of the biggest accolades to the show’s success is the rate at which exhibitors have rebooked. An unheard-of 70% of stands were snapped up for Decorex International 2011 before the show doors closed.

10,860 trade visitors – a 10% increase on equivalent data from 2009.

13% of visitors focus on retailing, soft furnishing retailing and department store
10% of visitors are either developers, architectural practices or hotels and restaurants

18% of visitors are directors or owners of their business
