Should you wish to drive however, the nearest carparks can be found in Cheltenham Terrace just off Kings Road, and Semley Place near Victoria Station. Congestion Zone. Roads to the north of the Royal Hospital Chelsea are now within the London Congestion Zone, although Chelsea Embankment will remain exempt.
